LONG ARM QUILTING

Edge to Edge (E2E)

I hand guide all my pantographs instead of relying on a computer to guide my machine. This gives your finished quilt a less harsh and handmade finish while maintaining that polished and professional look.

E2E Open Designs - $0.03 per square inch

E2E More Dense Designs - $0.04 per square inch

Light custom quilting - $0.04 per square inch

These designs will have more open density, and one, two or three different patterns

Moderate custom quilting - $0.06 per square inch

These designs will have medium density, and no more than five unique patterns

Example: If you choose a E2E design and your quilt measures 60” x 80”.

60” x 80” = 4,800 x 0.03¢ = $144

Minimum fee is $50.00

BATTING

I keep in stock Quilter’s Dream batting. Available batting includes:

Cotton - $0.38/linear inch
100% cotton. 93" Wide. Made with the finest quality long staple USA cotton. The cotton fibers are mechanically cleaned (no chemicals) and then specially carded, crosslapped and needle punched for unmatched consistency and strength. There is NO scrim, resin or glue – just 100% pure natural cotton. Because such a high grade of cotton is used and has a unique multi-step processing, Quilters Dream Cotton Batting is strong yet exceptionally soft.
08/20 - $0.35/linear inch
80% cotton, 20% poly. 93" Wide. The perfect blend of 80% high grade long staple USA cotton fiber paired with 20% fine denier poly microfiber for a soft, silky batting that drapes beautifully and breathes well. The long staple cotton fiber reduces shrinkage. The poly micro fibers add loft and resistance to creases/wrinkles.
Dream Poly Select - $0.28/linear inch
100% polyester. 93" Wide. Imparts a very soft hand, exceptional drape, breathability and comfort which surpasses all other polyester quilt battings. You will feel the difference!
Quilters Dream Puff - $0.23/linear inch
Thermally bonded Poly. 93" Wide. A lusciously light batting with exceptional insulation and a soft resilient loft of 1/3 + inch. It is 1.5 times warmer than down and almost twice as warm as high loft polyester battings. So light, breathable and wonderfully comfortable, you will be amazed at Dream Puff’s superior insulation.

I can special order any batting you prefer. Shipping times may impact turn around time for your quilt.

BINDING

Attach Binding - $0.20/linear inch

I will attach your provided and prepared binding to the front or back of your quilt. Once the quilt is returned to you, you can hand or machine stitch it to your quilt.

Please provide enough ready made binding and ensure that the quilt top is square.

Complete Binding - $0.40/linear inch

I'll prepare and attach binding to the front or back of your quilt(client needs to provide enough fabric).

Hand Stitching - 0.50/linear inch

To attach and hand stitch prepared binding, my fee is $0.50 per linear inch. (add an additional $0.20 per linear inch for me to prepare your binding).

Please note, a 75" x 95" quilt has a perimeter of 75 + 75 + 95 + 95 = 340 inches

TRIMMING

If you'd like your quilt returned to you ready to bind, I can trim or serge your quilt edges. Please let me know if you have a preference on how much is trimmed.

$10 / quilt to trim

$15 / quilt to trim and serge the edges

SLEEVES

Making and Attaching Hanging Sleeves - $0.65 / linear inch

Sleeves are 4" wide by the length of the quilt. Sleeves are machine stitched when constructed, and hand stitched on to the quilt back. Client provides matching yardage.

OTHER SERVICES

Piecing Backing - $10 / seam

Backing must be 8″ larger than quilt top

Basting for hand or machine quilting - Contact for Pricing

Save your knees! I can add long stitches over the entire quilt top, in rows 4-5" apart on my long arm. The long stitches allow for easy removal once the quilting is complete. Pricing depends on size of quilt.
